All programs are grounded in the Gottman Method — the most extensively researched approach to relationship science, with over 40 years of longitudinal data across more than 3,000 couples. We also integrate Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) principles for individual and family work, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) frameworks for organizational resilience applications.

All Reconnect facilitators hold active clinical licensure (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or PhD) and have completed Level 2 Gottman Method training. Organizational facilitators additionally hold certification in workplace mental health facilitation. Credential verification documentation is available on request.

We use validated pre/post instruments including the Dyadic Adjustment Scale (DAS) and the Communication Patterns Questionnaire (CPQ). Organizational cohorts receive aggregate reporting using SHRM-aligned ROI methodology. All individual data is de-identified before organizational reporting. We provide 30-day, 90-day, and 6-month follow-up assessments as standard.
